A newbie has wandered into the DC Kitchens
My name is Donato and have just signed up to be a member of DC. I'm 24 and live in NY and operate a small out of home catering business. I'm in the banking business (hopefully not for long) and might be starting classes at the Long Island Culinary Academy in the fall. I've been cooking for roughly 8 years but just started the catering business 7 months ago. I look forward to a great place to learn and share ideas with everyone!
