Another new guy

looking to expand cooking abilities beyond bbq contests--and probably veggie ideas too as our CSA boxes start next week

Welcome to the site. You'll learn a lot here, and make friends. Call on us for any new meal you want to try, someone will know the answer to almost any food question you have, and really, in times of trouble, some personal ones as well.

Hi, toofat, I'm new, too.
Your latest photo upload is disgusting looking, but I am with you - tongue on the grill takes TLC, texture is terrific, it washes so well with beer. Keep 'em coming. Never change your handle.

when the kids were little--somethings were just done for effect---and as a the youngest now is 25 I still like the effect<lol>
Actuall am a fan of organ meats and the name is from our bbq team
