Hello All!

Glad to have found this site as I love cooking and eating.
A little about me - cooked for three years during under-grad as a short-order, line cook, and line chef. I cook mainly Classical food but am trying to break into Chinese and still working on baking. I enjoy candy making and a little pastry. For eating, I love most all foods and generally try everything once. My best food experience was in Guangdong Providence, China where I worked for a couple months during a summer.
Lately my cooking fun has slowed down as I am finishing up my first year of law school in St. Paul, MN. I live with my wife in River Falls, WI which is about 30 miles east of St. Paul, MN.
