Another Noob!
So im not much for intros.
Im an IT professional, well ok I hate IT but it pays the bills. I spent well over the last year in culinary school and officall graduated a few weeks ago. Im an ACF Certified Chef. In my eyes and in the business I am not a chef jsut a cook. I have some resturant expereince and I hope to pay the time at the IT job and help people and get help along. I found the sight when i was looking for information on my broccoli i had in my garden. Ohh yeah the other stuff.
