I can never peel a hard boiled egg cleanly. Is there a fool-proof method?

In the egg cooler of most grocery stores, they sell hard boiled eggs, already peeled. That's my fool-proof method.

Well I find running it under cold water as u peel it works for me. Had 2 for breakfast!
