Hi Everyone,
I'm looking forward to being part of this site. I'm from a very small town (population 1,100) in Iowa and the cooking style is very "meat-potatoes-veggie". Small and simple I have on my side a resource of home cooking that goes back to when recipies called for "a walnut-sized chunk of lard" and "two handfuls of flour"!
