Chilled Pear Soup Recipe?

I have been desperately looking for this Chilled Pear Soup recipe! I had it while on a Royal Caribbean cruise 5+ years ago, and have been craving it ever since! I saw an old posting on here that indicated there are others of you who've had this amazing soup, and are also looking for the recipe! Can anyone find it?

For a life of me I cannot understand why all this fruit concoctions called soup? I have a ecipe for a pear pouched in wine, if you want I will posted here. It pretty darn good.
