Hi All! I just want to know if I should buy hard aluminum or stainless steel. I think there is a post about it but I can't seem to get to it. Keep on cooking!

Hi there "many e's" If you go to the Cookware and Accessories Forum and then click on Cookware you can do a search from there. Do an advanced search or just scan the titles of the threads. Single word searches are usually more effective, especially if you use the Advanced Search and then from the pulldown menu select Titles Only.

Welcome to DC! I love my stainless steel copper bottom pots and pans. I also like the glass lids with steam vent that came with them.
