First time from Germany

Hallo all together..

Wow, I am so emotional for all your wishes :P

So, to satisfy all your wishes, it takes a little bit of time, because I must use for same words or sentences a translation program

I am sorry.

But on this day I will look for " Wiener Schnitzel " (it ist very, very easy) and for a normal German "muffin"...

And my special recipes it takes a little bit time to translate. But if you look on "my" German site (Profilseite from karaburun) you find my recipes in German. No problem with a translation program.

Hi,

so first the Muffins:

200 g Butter
220 g sugar
1 Package Vanilliasugar
3 Eggs
500 g White flavour
2 Packages bakingpowder ( Backpulver)
4 Soupspoons Milk

From all this Ingrediends you make a dough. I should be a creamy dough.
Then you put it in the paperforms and bake it 180°C ca. 15-20 minutes.

Hi,

so. Now I have time for the

Wiener Schnitzel

Ingredients

600 g Meat from young cows for Schnitzel (Kalbsfleisch)
2 Eggs
Salt
flavour
breadcrumbs
resolidified butter ( Butterschmalz)


First you cut in the borders and thump the meat very thin (min. 6 mm)
And then you twisty the eggs. Put the Schnitzelmeat in flavour, than in the eggs and in the following in breadcrumbs.( light press on).

Now put the resolidified butter in the pan and make it hot. Put the Schnitzel in the oil and both sites for ca. 5 minutes. till they are goldbrown. After that do salt on it.

Do each Person a piece of lemon by the Schnitzel . It is importent for the flavour.

We eat Pommes Frites and Mayonaise thereby.

Welocome kara, Thanks for the recipes you posted. My sister in law is from germany and she cooks some great german food too. Have fun here, everyone is great and very helpful.
