Freezing chocolate truffles

hi all,
i am a new member so bear with me if i don't do everything just right.
i live in longboat key, florida and am about to make homeade truffles for the very first time. does anyone know if it is ok to freeze them. (i would roll them in whatever after thawing them out) if not, how far ahead can i make them?

As long as there is enough fat like like butter or cream in your truffles they should freeze well go ahead and roll them with what you want before freezing.

thank you for the quick reply. i will be making these today and assuming i don't eat them all (HA) i will be freezing them.
