Hello,
In addition to my day-job, I teach a (currently) three food workshops at a local college, pizza, bread baking, and pita and companion foods.

I like cooking - I find it a satisfying, creative outlet (and I have to eat).

I cook almost every day - sometimes as little as a (from scratch) instant soup for lunch to a full dinner.

I look forward to contributing and sharing.
