Hi all, my name is Emma and I'm from Australia. Love all types of cooking, but I guess biscuit/cake baking is what I enjoy the most. Look forward to getting tips (Including freezing said biscuits/cakes!) and getting involved on the boards :)

G'day, Emma---met many Aussies overseas---nice mob and fun-loving! Welcome aboard!

welcome Emma. our grand daughters name is Emma.
you'll learn lots from the fine folks in here and we'll learn lots from you. that's how it works.
glad you found this melting pot of information.
now jump right in, give us a recipe you totally enjoy making.
if you can, put it in the appropriate place though, like the bread section if you post a recipe for a biscuit.
