Hi All, I thought I would introduce myself to you all. I am a British girl living in Melbourne, Australia. I am a professionally qualified Chef, trained at home in Dorset, England.
Myself and Hubby have just emigrated to Oz, so I am experiencing a whole different culinary flavour! Its great fun!
