Smile Grandmother's Pie

My Grandmother made a pie called Roppy Pie. It is made with crated potatoes, that is all I remember. I would love to be able to make this for my husband, does anyone have this recipe?

This might help you in your search. A thread from long ago, contains a ton of info, and they say it is spelled rappie pie. As soon as I changed my google search I came up with tons of links on it, so I really do think this is what you are looking for:
Roppy Pie?

My sister and mother made a rappie pie when I was in Boston last week! As a kid, I really didn't care for it at all, but I like it now! Since there aren't many of us that make it, I feel like I need to learn how! Even using a juicer, it's very labor intensive!

Welcome, Debbie.
Somehow I missed your initial post.
Did you succeed with your quest?
