My name is Paul and I live in rural Northeastern Oregon. I have been the family cook and baker for the past 20 years. I have a passion for cooking and enjoy the science of it all. I think my kids have more of a passion for my baking. Bread, however; is still vexing. I have enjoyed reading many of your lively posts and wish you all a happy new year.
