Greetings all! Need some help with some dishes...
... could use some help. Me - bachelor, single, poor eating habits, not much cooking skills, knowledge or intuitiveness in the kitchen....trying to eat more healthy and light, but don't know what I'm doing with cooking times, duration, heat, and stuff. Need some simple easy ideas and guidance if anyone can spare a few minutes....Trying nutrisystem for a couple months to help re-train me on portion sizes, eating lighter, and things.
Don't like vegetables too much, but thinking I could do a tasty dish with carrots, bell peppers, artichoke hearts.... which I do like alot. recipe suggestion for a stove-top simmer pan idea or something? Guess I could do a roasted thing, but need something quick and easy to keep my attention.
Also what about a light shrimp scampi pasta garlic type of dish....? Again quick and easy.
