Hey all,
I just signed up here last weekend. Looks like a nice little community you all have here.
I don't work in the food industry, but if (God forbid) anything ever happened with my current job, that's where I would most likely head.
So a little about me? I'm a 30 year old guy who works for an internet/print catalog fine art retailer, as well as photographer. Living here in "Balmy" Madison, WI.
I love cooking, but as healthy as I might try to eat, dairy and meat always manage to work their way into my food (I AM a Wisconsinite, after all

EDIT: Oh yeah, something that may be interesting to people here... I also brew my own beer and make my own cheese. Just finishing up a Romano right now, with a Gouda not far off.
