Greetings From Michigan
So happy to have found this great forum. For the past several months my friend, Kim, and I have been posting our favorite recipes on our little blog. It is fun to see who visits and who actually tries our meal suggestions. I'm looking forward to sharing with everyone here and also to learn much more about what good things there are to eat and prepare and then share.

Welcome Steve - Have fun getting to know everyone. Unlike Domsnanny, I won't be posting lots of recipes as I rarely write them down as I cook by taste, and use everyone else's recipes for ideas. Since I've been cooking from the age of eight years old, I rarely use recipes for other than ideas (unless baking). The Joy of Cooking was my cooking teacher, and I eat most of my experiments, and I'm still here:-)
Anyway, have fun here.
