Greetings from Orygun!

I am a Buckeye transplanted in the PNW. The nursery business is my occupation, gardening, cooking, cycling and diving my main passions.

Good divers are always learning. The same holds true in the kitchen. I look forward to the cullenary journey with you all.

Welcome Mike! I lived in Portland for about 8 years, now living back in Wisconsin ... just a few differences! You'll enjoy it here - tons of helpful information and the people giving it are all so nice.

Welcome, Mike.
I guess with the nursery business more quiet this time of year, and cycling & diving, you have more time to spend in the kitchen.
So tell us of some of your cullinary journeys.

Hi Mike and welcome to DC. Before we migrated south, I lived in Portland for 35 years. Very nice place, but a little cold and wet this time of year...enjoy this nice group of people - you'll learn alot, and probably you have some cooking tips to share as well. Stay warm and dry!
Saludos, Karen
