Hi Effington, nice to meet you .
You're town is charming (been through there a few times). I used to live in Perkasie and Doylestown in an old remodeled creamery with apple, pear, and cherry trees and a pond we iceskated on...and visted family in Mt. Union. It's a state that's near and dear to my heart...cheers!
