Greetings from Scotland

Hi!
My name's Erin and I live in the Highlands of Scotland, in Munlochy to be precise. I'm trying to find some new and different recipes to add to my repertoire. ....I'm a medievalist and I will try just about any food once.....And I think that's it ^^

Welcome Erin - glad to meet you! You should find a recipe or two here, from plain to fancy. So how about a not too complicated mideval recipe that we could try ourselves?

Howdy, Erin! Welcome!
Primitive camping is a hobby of mine. And while I don't go all the way back, I have found several medieval dishes here that turned out quite good.
Most likely, you have already heard of the website, Welcome to Gode Cookery
If not, you will find it extremely interesting.

Hi, Erin. Welcome to DC. A medievalist? How fascinating! You'll have to tell us more about that. No matter what interests you, there's plenty to discuss here, especially food. We're glad you've found us.
