Hail to the chefs

hi everyone! just popping in to introduce myself. my name doesn't leave much to the imagination. i love to eat, drink and be merry but i try to keep it healthy. i found my love of cooking about 5 years ago when i expanded my palette to a wider variety of foods. looking forward to learning and sharing with all of you.
