Smile Hallo.

Decided it was a good idea to try to get back into doing more interesting cooking as I continually do the plain stuff which is very monotonous especially as I am trying to keep to a low carb diet.

I used to be a very good cook but this last ten years or so I seem to have lost the knack.. .. !

Looking forward to finding out all about the know how's of good cooking!

Hi Emmaline and welcome to DC. Simple doesn't have to mean boring. I do simple all the time. I rely on spices, herbs, unusual vinegars and specialty oils to up the anty.
