thank you middie, shpj4, bluecat, and opinionita. and thanks for 2 birthday wishes, sizz!

the best part of my birthday was that my son waited all day and was so excited for me to get home from work so he could give me a card with a big bow on it. then he'd give me a big hug and say "awwwwwww, daddy, awwwwwww". it was great!
then we did it about 25 more times, as well as lighting and blowing out the candles a dozen or so times.

i couldn't have gotten anything better for my birthday.
