Kathleen, just to let you know, your birthday cupcakes were started tonight and will be finished by Friday. They are 150 regular sized cupcakes with panda bear faces on them. They are my signature chocolate cake recipe (same as Frank's 102 mini cupcakes with "z's" all over them). Because it is impossible to send them to you, our kid's day camp will devour them for you during their Friday snack time....at least you can't say I didn't bake you cupcakes! (oh and yes, there will be photos!)
