Thanks for the welcome. This winter I am learning more about baking artisan bread, especially sourdough. I love the way the house smells when the bread is baking. Some loaves turned out wonderful, others...well, kinda like a brick.
What foods you like to cook?
Artisan bread sounds like a fun adventure for the winter months, especially when the snow drifts are up to the windows and the wind is blowing. I like to cook all kinds of things. Lately I've been exploring getting out of my comfort zone (Indian, Middle Eastern), things I didn't grow up eating in Northern MN. I'm also hankering to start using my smoker and my meat grinder (for sausage).
