Hello
Hi, came across this forum today and thought I would join. I've been spending more time in the kitchen lately (change in career - home more often) so I figure I may as well learn enough about cooking that I can actually enjoy what I make

Thank you. I looked around at a lot of forums and this one seemed to be one of the better ones out there. I've been reading and have already picked up some good tips.

Active and friendly...what more can you ask for!

Welcome :) Haven't met one snooty person yet. :) I think this place is a winner too.

Oops forgot I did hear a couple of people being sent to the woodshed. Forgot about that one. :)
