Hello, my name's Johny Cash --- hang on, no it's not:rolleyes:

My name is attie, I let my staff call me Mr. attie or Boss or Sir but my friends call me Wayne. My staff let me call them hey-you or something kinder.
I cook fish and chips for a living, do the prep and do the washing up and do the moping, all the easy jobs.

We have many varieties of fish to choose from such as Barramundi from our estuaries to Coral Trout from the Great Barrier Reef that runs along our coastline.

What a nice place you have here, I will not be a prolific poster as I am not a chef, but I do enjoy good company.
