Hi Cody Welcome to this site it is the best I have found lots of nice willing to go the extra mile to help so jump in .. a piece of advice from a old chef/cook/
baker/life long foodie... Get plenty of advice from a lot of different folks in the bakery business... If you love it you will do fine, if you are not sure it can wear you down in a heart beat. lol
