Hello!

Just wanted to drop a line to introduce myself (as well as my wife Kathy). I had to sign up just after reading a few threads! I have been and still am, in some cases, been a member of other forums and let me tell ya after a few minutes I knewthis was for me! I have no formal cooking experience but consider myself to be very good at preparing some dished and need some work on others! I own 3 smokers (1 gas box, 1 electric, and 1 charcoal combo) I am not exclusively a griller/Smoker but do enjoy them much! I also grow my own garlic (Love it!) and some shallots. I have also taken to sausage making and I am really enjoying it! I Look forward to gaining some experience adn tips from all of you wonderful people out there and I may even be able to share and experience or 2, welcome everyone!
