Ahhhh Greece what a beautiful place!
Hubby is Greek so we try to make it over there as often as we can.

Welcome to DC, Steve! (I've always wanted to go to Greece)
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

As a history affecionado, Athens was heaven---we also visited there with our two children during the festival before Lent---OMG so much fun--the kids had a blast hitting perfect strangers with plastic bats and not being arrested--of course my hubby and I weren't so lucky!! Welcome aboard!!!!!
The only difference between a "cook" and a "Chef" is who cleans up the kitchen.
