Hello

Hey all,

I am new here :)

My name is Brad, I live in Orlando, FL.

I try to cook dinner 5'ish times a week, as I try to eat fairly healthy (or at least more healthy than restaurants choose to be)

I like to cook a lot of seafood, but also like enhanced comfort foods.
