Hello people of the culinary world! My name is Shawn. I am from Baltimore MD. I am Chef de Parte' at IXIA resturant. I love my job, and I learn new stuff there all the time. When I was trying to remember one of the 5 basic mother sauces I googled it and came upon this website. What a great idea, let people tell people what is what. LOL! Anyway, I am a free going person.
