I just joined, just wanted to say hi.
Also, any help on what I should know about the site?
And I don't mean to be a butt, but I can trust the tips and info I get here right?
Sorry if I offend anyone, I just really want to learn best as i can.
I just started cooking and baking, so far i've made gingerbread men and oatmeal cookies and other things that I've forgotten.
But all vegan, i'm vegan, forgot to mention that. :]
I have alot of questions, and i know little about certain basic ingredients.

Hi there and welcome to DC. Things to know are this: we are a G rated site, (you can read the policies to fill you in on the do's and dont's for DC, but as long as you think G rated, family oriented, then no problems.

All info I have gathered here over the 2 plus years I have been here is trusted in my opinion. This is a great site with awesome people, I'm sure you will enjoy it here.

Come on in, have a seat, and enjoy!!!

Hello nautafic, welcome, and if you get a recipe or tips from here take them to the bank - they are good guaranteed. Be sure to mention in your questions that you are vegan. Be sure to put that first! OK? OK!
