Well, this is my first post to this site so, "Howdy, y'all!" I've been over the rules so I'll try to be on my best behavior. It looks like there is a good amount of cooking knowledge here and I'm hoping to learn. Hopefully, I'll be able to pass on a few things as well.
I've been cooking for about 40 of my 50 years on this planet and it is a passion for me. I love cooking with excellent ingredients, love it even more when I've provided them by my own hand, be it fishing, hunting growing or just finding it in the wild. My favorite type of cooking consists of using as many wild and pure ingredients I can get my hands on.
Not to say I am a finicky purist, I like junkfood as much as anyone, but I really appreciate good, healthy, organic food.
