Smile Hello!

Just wanted to say "hi"! I'm brand-new to this forum and excited to talk to others and learn from you all!

I've only been cooking and baking seriously for about four years but I do it daily and love it. We just recently moved to the "south" (well, sorta) and I'm really enjoying picking up new recipes, foods and techniques from the area!

Well, the first recipe you'll want to pick up then is a Kentucky Derby Mint Julep cocktail! Rural kentucky sounds lovely. Welcome
