Just wanted to say "hi"! I'm brand-new to this forum and excited to talk to others and learn from you all!

I've only been cooking and baking seriously for about four years but I do it daily and love it. We just recently moved to the "south" (well, sorta) and I'm really enjoying picking up new recipes, foods and techniques from the area!
