Post Hello

Hello this is my first thread. And i just felt like sharing what my mom cook today, rice pork and baked potatoes. She said the potato skin was going to be hard to eat because she overcooked it. Is she right?

Howdy! Welcome to DC.

How did the potato skins turn out?

I love when the skin comes out a bit 'barky'! I slather butter on it and enjoy the heck out of it! Welcome!
