Hi everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Cassia and I'm from Alberta, Canada. I've been really into baking for the past couple years, but am embarassed to say that I am absolutely horrendous when it comes to cooking. I figured that I might get some good advice on that front here, and hopefully add a little of my own advice where I can.
