Hello :)

Hello I'm valerio or val for short

I study at Stratford college for a diploma in catering. I love cooking with a passion and decorating cakes but my other passion is for molecular gastronomy I'll put some pictures up of some of my work when I figure out how to.

Looking forward to getting to know the People of DC

Hey, and welcome to DC! I would love to see your pictures of your cakes and you find there are others who love cakes too.

Welcome to DC. I cannot wait for you to share some of what you make. I love looking at pictures on molecular gastronomy websites. When I look into recipes, it seems like there needs to be a lot of specialty ingredients and equipment. True or no?
