My name is Dante and obviously I am new here. I spent 15 years in the restaurant management field. I am an amateur chef and love cooking and baking. A couple of years ago I had gastric bypass surgery which curtailed my kitchen adventures.bid it wasn't a major holiday I wasn't cooking. I am now ready to start playing in the kitchen so I am looking for inspiration.
I do specialize in Italian food and prepare just about everything from scratch. For a few years I stopped making my own pasta, for diet reasons,and started using Dreamfields now I am also planning on making my own pasta.
