Hi...new to the site. Am looking for recipes that are low in purine to help my boyfriend who SUFFERS from frequent gout attacks. I'm hoping to find some great recipes from you all!

My kidney stones and mild gout were a result of uric acid. Since my doctor put me on 300 mg allopurinol once a day, I haven't had any issues and no restrictions in diet. Of course, quitting drinking alcohol has helped as well.
