That's great weight loss! Keep it up, remember it's not a "diet" it's a lifestyle change. It's also not "cheating" it's eating sensibly and not denying yourself foods you like.

I have a tough time with beef now, yes feels like a rock, but it helps that craving for a burger. I've gone from wanting a Big Mac to wanting a plain hamburger. Soon than will be gone as I tolerate fast food more and more.

When Shrek wants fast food, I stop off for Asian food for me, then pick up his burger and fries.
