I have used the site several times for ideas, so I decided it was time to join. I enjoy all types of cooking, but I am especially found of using the smoker. I am not able to visit every day unfortunately, but look forward to coming often.

I bought my DH (dear husband) a smoker for Christmas. We had a good time with it. If you have some favorite recipes, I'd love to see them.
