Hi! I'm so happy to have found this forum. I enjoy preparing meals for myself, my family and friends. I don't usually use recipes but I find myself scrambling through google results from time to time trying to find that perfect temp, cooking time or other method. My hope is to learn more and expand my repetoire through all of you here and maybe lend a hand to someone(if there is anyone) less expeienced than me.
