Hello All...

I love to cook and watch Food Network every chance I get. I have a stressful job and cooking does help me get my mind off work...

Welcome Bluiiz to DC----you can destress here anytime you want to.......:):)
The only difference between a "cook" and a "Chef" is who cleans up the kitchen.

Welcome! I don't have a stressful job, or at 69 not a job at all which I'm not totally convenced is good. Anyway cooking for me requires total concentration and I don't have mental or emotional time for anything else. Works for me!
