Hello all! I've been having Toffee troubles and hope help might be here :)

Hope everyone is doing well!

Just wanted to say hello and get a jump start on finding some guidance.

My toffee troubles are primarily in regards to shaping and molding the candies. (unique pitting reaction when candy is formed in contact with silicone.)
I'll be starting a thread on this in the appropriate section soon.

Any hard toffee/hard candy experts here?

Thanks all! Looking forward to getting familiar with the members here and the forum!

Welcome! Someone should be along to answer your candy questions.
