Hi all I have been a member for a while now and thought I would introduce my self. I go by Digger and enjoy all kinds of Asian cooking. I use to own a restaurant in Florida and did mostly seafood. Now I just cook for my family and friends as often as possible. Seems everyone enjoys my food witch I merge with a western ingredient's. Hope to find some new and exciting recipes here on the forum.
