Hello Everybody!

I found this site when I was trying to find out what Chuckwagon Bacon is- I had never heard of it before. Glad I found it- this looks like fun.

A bit about myself- I live in the Bronx, have two children and work as a research scientist. Just bought a new charcoal Weber grill, so I will be looking for lots of grill recipes. I enjoy cooking, and trying new recipes- so part of the time I am looking for cheap eats, sometimes kid-friendly, and sometimes grown-up food for the grill!

Bienvenue, Scott. Plenty of good ideas and probably an answer to your chuckwagon bacon question (check out posts by ronjohn - I think he made something similar and posted a pic too!)

Kool Aid - Think before you drink.
