Hello Everybody!

I am a new member. Does anybody know a way to do mesquite smoking in an oven? I do not have a smoker and am dying to try a brisket recipe that calls for mesquite wood chips for the 4th of July. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!!!

Welcome to DC, LMT. If you check out the BBQ threads, you'll find some great info on smoking.

Hello there... I seem something similar to what you are asking about on a Jamie Oliver show. May want to check it out. But there are some skilled BBQ-ers out here that I'm sure that can help ya!
