I am a new member. Does anybody know a way to do mesquite smoking in an oven? I do not have a smoker and am dying to try a brisket recipe that calls for mesquite wood chips for the 4th of July. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!!!

There are several stove top smokers on the mkt. that work very well.. here is the big but. if you have smoke detectors in your home smokling will set them off big time and IF they are like mine they will summons the FD in a heart beat. be very carefull
